Common questions
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account, and stays readable. Cancelling drops you to Axis Core rather than deleting anything — every week you have planned, every session you have rated and every review Axis has written for you is still there to read. What stops is the writing of new ones. Data Bridge export is part of Axis AI, and a basic export at every tier is on the roadmap.
Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes, and there is no cancellation penalty on any plan. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — the end of the month on a monthly plan, or the end of the year on an annual one. Downgrades take effect at that same point. Cancel from the billing portal in two clicks.
What do I save by paying yearly?
Two months. Axis AI is $25 a month or $250 a year — you pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the billing portal.
What’s the difference between Axis Core and Axis AI?
Core is the planner: calendar views, mode-based blocking, tasks, goals, milestones, week templates, calendar sync, the daily check-in, and rating every session as it ends. It is free and it stays free. Axis AI adds the thinking — a week drafted on request, the written weekly review, notes turned into tasks, saved routines, live trends and your Axis Score, and the Prompt Library and Data Bridge. Free keeps your week; paid thinks about it.
What is an AI credit, and what if I run out?
Credits meter AI usage — a larger request like generating a full week draws more than a quick adjustment. Axis AI includes 10,000 credits a month. You’ll see a pace warning as you get close; if the budget runs out, AI requests pause until your billing day — or sooner if you buy a credit top-up. Everything that isn’t AI keeps working.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. We’re focused on the individual product first. If Teams is on your radar, drop a note to info@axisplanner.ai and we’ll let you know when it’s coming.
Is my calendar data private?
Yes. Calendar tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your data is never used to train AI models. We don’t sell or share data.
Does Axis work without AI?
Yes — Core gives you the full planning canvas: calendar views, week templates, tasks, goals, milestones, calendar sync, the daily check-in, and session ratings. No AI required, and nothing you build on it expires.
Is the mobile app included in all tiers?
Yes — the iOS app (in beta) is included at every tier. Android is on the roadmap.

How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new account starts one automatically on first sign-in — full access to Axis AI for 14 days, no credit card. At the end you can subscribe or stay on Axis Core, and either way nothing you created during the trial is removed.
