Axis - AI-Powered Time Architecture Effective Date: February 22, 2026
By accessing or using Axis (the "Service"), operated by RMR Products LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Axis is a web-based application that provides AI-powered weekly planning, cognitive mode management, session feedback, goal and task tracking, and related productivity features. The Service is available at our website and through associated applications.
Axis is currently in active development and is provided as an early access product. Features, functionality, user interfaces, and the overall product experience may change, be modified, or be removed at any time without prior notice. By using the Service during this early access period, you acknowledge and accept that the product is not yet in its final form.
During the early access period, the Service may experience downtime, bugs, data inconsistencies, performance issues, or other disruptions. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or the availability of any specific feature. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Service but accept no liability for interruptions during this phase.
We welcome and encourage user feedback during the early access period. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Axis, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The Service may currently be accessible without a paid subscription. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or enforce a paywall, subscription requirement, or other paid access model at any time and at our sole discretion. In the event that paid access is introduced, existing users will be provided with a minimum of seven (7) days of continued full access to the Service as a free trial before a subscription is required.
When paid access is in effect, Axis offers subscription-based access to the Service. Pricing tiers may include, but are not limited to, a Founding Member lifetime access plan and standard monthly or annual subscription plans. Specific pricing is displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers before their next billing cycle.
From time to time, we may enter into individual pricing agreements, promotional offers, or other arrangements outside of the standard published pricing tiers. Such agreements are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time they are made and may vary from the standard terms set forth herein.
Founding Member and other lifetime access plans, where offered, grant access to the Service for the life of the user's account, subject to the following conditions: • Lifetime access means access for the duration that the user maintains an active account in good standing with the Service • Lifetime access includes all features available under the user's plan tier at the time of purchase. Future features or premium tiers introduced after purchase may or may not be included at our discretion • We reserve the right to modify the terms of lifetime access plans, including pricing and included features, in the event of material changes to our cost structure that are outside the reasonable control of RMR Products LLC (including, but not limited to, significant increases in third-party API costs, infrastructure costs, or regulatory requirements). In such cases, we will provide affected users with at least 60 days' notice and offer reasonable alternatives • If a user voluntarily deletes their account and subsequently returns, we are under no obligation to honor the original lifetime pricing or terms. Reinstatement of prior pricing is at our sole discretion
All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests should be submitted to our support team. Founding Member lifetime access plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.
You may use the Service for your personal or professional productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Service is designed for individual use by knowledge workers, consultants, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and students.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service except through our provided API (if applicable) • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our express written consent • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, security measures, or access controls
Axis incorporates artificial intelligence features powered by third-party large language model (LLM) providers. We may use one or more AI providers at any time and may change providers without notice. These features include weekly plan generation, pattern recognition, session analysis, and conversational planning assistance.
AI-generated content, including weekly plans, suggestions, and analyses, is provided for informational and planning purposes only. The AI system is designed to assist with productivity and time management but is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed and adjusted based on your own judgment.
Messages you send to the AI assistant within the Service are processed by our third-party AI provider(s) to generate responses. These interactions may be subject to rate limiting to ensure fair access and system stability.
Your data sent to third-party AI providers for processing is used solely to generate responses within the Service. We do not provide your personal data or usage data to AI providers for the purpose of training their models. However, data processing by third-party AI providers is subject to their respective data handling and retention policies. We select AI providers whose API terms do not permit the use of API inputs for model training, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain this standard as providers are added or changed.
Axis incorporates concepts related to cognitive science, energy management, burnout detection, recovery, and sustainable work practices. While these features are informed by published research in cognitive psychology, chronobiology, and organizational behavior, the Service is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or clinical intervention.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider, licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other mental health professional. Never disregard professional medical or mental health advice, or delay seeking it, because of information or features provided by the Service.
Axis includes features that track energy states, detect patterns that may indicate burnout risk, and suggest recovery activities. These features are based on self-reported data and algorithmic pattern matching - they are not clinical assessments. The burnout signals, energy tracking, and recovery recommendations provided by the Service are intended as general productivity insights only and should not be interpreted as a medical or psychological evaluation of your mental health.
Use of the Service, including interactions with the AI assistant, does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or any other clinical or professional healthcare relationship between you and RMR Products LLC. The AI assistant is a productivity planning tool, not a counselor or therapist.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or believe you need immediate assistance, please contact a qualified mental health professional, call your local emergency services, or reach out to a crisis helpline such as the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the United States). The Service is not equipped to provide crisis intervention or emergency support.
Research-based defaults used by the Service (such as deep work capacity limits, recovery guidelines, and circadian rhythm assumptions) represent general findings from population-level studies. Individual needs vary significantly. You should consult a healthcare professional for guidance tailored to your specific physical and mental health circumstances.
The Service, including its design, features, content, software, algorithms, cognitive mode taxonomy, work profile system, and all related intellectual property, is owned by RMR Products LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of the data and content you input into the Service, including goals, tasks, session feedback, weekly plans, and profile information ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may request an export of your personal data and User Content at any time by contacting our support team at support@axisplanner.ai. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Self-service data export functionality may be added to the Service in the future.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of the Service will meet your expectations. The cognitive science research referenced within the Service provides general principles and should not be interpreted as personalized medical or psychological advice. Without limiting the foregoing, during the early access period described in Section 2, the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We disclaim all liability for any issues arising from the use of early access functionality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RMR PRODUCTS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMR Products LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise objectionable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a data export prior to termination (see Section 10). We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RMR Products LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
