Axis connects to the calendar you already keep and the app that already records your training. Each connection changes what the week knows, so you stop retyping what another app already has.
Google Calendar and Outlook
Your meetings arrive without retyping.
Connect either one, or both, and choose which of your calendars Axis watches. New meetings wait in your inbox until you confirm them. A confirmed meeting becomes a block that stays where your calendar puts it, and Axis plans everything else around it. If the meeting is cancelled at the source, the block unlocks and the time is yours to replan.
All-day events, like a holiday or a trip, appear on your week as context and never take up time.

Training
The workout you planned, next to the one you did.
Connect Strava and your activities arrive on their own. When one lines up with a workout block you planned, it attaches to that block. Your planned time stays as you set it, and the start time Strava recorded appears beside it. When nothing lines up, the activity is added as a new block, so the week still shows what happened.
Devices that already sync to Strava, like Garmin and Whoop, come through the same way. When you connect, you can bring in the last week, month or three months of activity.

Every connection
Read-only, every one.
Axis asks Google and Microsoft for read-only calendar access, and Strava for read-only activity access. It cannot create, change or delete your events or activities.
Encrypted at rest.
Each connection’s access tokens are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
Yours to disconnect.
Disconnecting deletes Axis’s access. What you already confirmed, and the blocks it became, stays on your week.
